Meet The Partners

Helen Long

Helen is a principal for Partners Estate Sales and Long Solutions, LLC, where she has offered her services as a professional organizer for over a decade.   Prior to founding Long Solutions, she had ten years of experience as a legal assistant and trust administrator, working closely with attorneys in conservatorships.  She is known in the area for the enlightening material and practical method she brings to the seminars she teaches.  Helen’s appreciable talents for adaptability and organization were polished in the Foreign Service, when she was stationed in South Africa,  Uganda, Tanzania, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.  Having so much firsthand experience, she is sensitive to the specialized needs of families in transition.  She works intimately with our clients including seniors and the survivors of loved ones passed to tailor our services to their individual requirements.

Matthew Quinn

Matthew is a principal for Partners Estate Sales and Quinn’s Auction Galleries, one of the D. C. areas finest antique and fine art auction firms. He brings to Partners Estate Sales a lifetime of experience in fine arts and antiques, having grown up in the family business. He spearheaded the development of Quinn’s Realty & Estate Services division expanding the auction house into a full service firm focusing on senior downsizing and estate dissolution with a focus on sensitivity and financial preservation. He routinely educates seniors on estate planning. Matthew has been featured on the cover of Antique Trader Magazine, appeared on NBC’s Today Show and CNN and has been written about in numerous publications including Antique Week, Antiques & The Arts Weekly, Maine Antiques Digest, Washingtonian Magazine, The New York Daily News, The Washington Times and The Washington Post.  Matthew holds a degree in Management from George Mason University’s School of Management.
